Security Awareness Officer Haydiên Nedd ensures employees truly experience what cybersecurity means in practice. Over the course of three days, more than 200 ANWB employees took part in Behaav’s Cybersecurity Escape Experience. In this interactive training, teams work together to crack challenges and discover how to spot and prevent digital threats in their daily work.
ANWB is an organization with many faces. From roadside assistance teams out on the road every day to office staff at the headquarters in The Hague, the target groups are diverse. That diversity makes building security awareness more complex.
Haydiên explains: “ANWB consists of many different divisions, and each comes with its own audience. Someone who is constantly on the move needs a different approach than someone working behind a desk. The challenge is making sure we reach everyone in the right way.”

To raise awareness of cyber threats in a fresh and engaging way, ANWB chose Behaav’s Cybersecurity Escape Experience. During this immersive session, teams are challenged by a fictional hacker seeking revenge. Only by collaborating effectively and making the right decisions can they stop the attack in time.
